TRAINING PROGRAM APPLYING LEAN COMPACT PRODUCTION (TIME 2)

 Based on the implementation plan of the project to support the Lean production application. On November 12, 2019, the Board of Directors organized a training program on LEAN LEAN application (2nd time) to collect data, determine the content as points, guide 5S3D implementation and improving points in selected areas (Extrusion workshop; DT painting workshop, Son Thai Son factory, Ma - Son finished product warehouse). Training, guiding the method of cause analysis and proposing solutions for improvement. With the goal, after the training course, all employees and workers of Do Thanh Aluminum Factory are aware of the importance of production activities at the Company; have skills to analyze the causes and come up with solutions to handle situations, improve production in accordance with lean production standards to apply in practice.
