TRAINING PROGRAM APPLYING LEAN COMPACT PRODUCTION IN DO THANH ALUMINUM FACTORY
Based on the agreed plan of Do Thanh Aluminum Joint Stock Company with the Vietnam Productivity Institute, on October 24, 2019, the Company organized a training program on Lean Lean production application at the Hall of the 3rd floor of the Company. to improve productivity, quality and improvement in production for Do Thanh employees.

Training session content:
+ Survey and evaluate the current status of operation and production process at the Company, identify the problem.

+ Lean lean production method training and improved implementation instructions.

With the goal, after the training course, all employees and workers of Do Thanh Aluminum Factory are aware of the importance of the actual operation and production process at the Company; grasp lean production methods to apply Lean in practice.
