PRODUCTION PROCESS OF THANH SHAPE ALUMINUM IN DO THANH ALUMINUM FACTORY

The company uses advanced and modern aluminum bar production technology with a process including quality standard segments, optimal products and high safety. Aluminum raw materials for extrusion are Billets 100% imported from Australia and Malaysia. Billets are both Bo and Ti denatured, and homogenized, all checked through a defect tester before extrusion, to ensure the creation of high quality aluminum profiles to meet the construction of high requirements for quality. Production process of aluminum profiles
The instrument segments to provide standard aluminum profiles at Do Thanh Aluminum Factory:

- Billet is imported from Australia, Malaysia in the form of a round bar.

- Billet, after analyzing the required metal components, will be put into an automatic heater to the guaranteed temperature to be cut and transferred to the press to produce a shaped aluminum bar according to the designed mold.

- The pressed aluminum bar continues to be put into the aging furnace to treat the hardness to ensure the necessary solidity of the product. - After the aluminum bar hardness treatment, it must go through the physical function test, if the physical functions are met, it will be transferred to the surface treatment.

- The surface treatment process produces 3 different product lines: products without plating, anodizing and powder coating.
