NEW DECISION ON MEASURES TO COMBAT DATE SELLING SOME ALUMINUM PRODUCTS IMPORTED FROM CHINA

On September 28, 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Decision No. 2942 / QD-BCT dated September 28, 2019 on the application of official anti-dumping measures on some imported aluminum products. from the People's Democratic Republic of China. The Decision takes effect 5 years from September 28, 2019 and applies to products such as: aluminum, alloy or non-alloy, bars / rods, shapes, extruded, whether or not processing more when importing from China to Vietnam. Enclosed with "Notice of the official application of anti-dumping tax on some aluminum products originating from the People's Republic of China" has a list of product codes.
