In order to implement the project "Improving productivity and quality of industrial products and goods" in 2020, the Vietnam Productivity Institute will select enterprises to participate in the project "Improving productivity in enterprises".

ALUMINUM THANH DEVELOPMENT PROJECT "IMPROVING PRODUCTIVITY AND QUALITY OF INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS AND GOODS"

 In order to implement the project "Improving productivity and quality of industrial products and goods" in 2020, the Vietnam Productivity Institute will select enterprises to participate in the project "Improving productivity in enterprises". As a leading factory in the production and trading of aluminum materials, Do Thanh Aluminum Joint Stock Company cooperated with the Vietnam Productivity Institute to implement the project "Improving productivity and product quality" at the factory. Hanoi Base Aluminum (Phu Thi Small and Medium Industrial Park, Gia Lam, Hanoi) Accordingly, the Vietnam Productivity Institute Consultant Team under the project will be divided into 5 DMAIC projects including fields From the import of raw materials to the production and finishing of products, shipping to the factory customers See also: Grando interior aluminum, know-how for interior spaces modern

Specifically, 05 improvement projects according to DMAIC method include:

  1. Identify problems that need improvement (D)
  2. Measure the enterprise's product and process capacity (M);
  3. Analyze data and verify hypotheses through actual business data, establish innovative solutions (A);
  4. Implement / implement improvement solutions and evaluate the effectiveness of implementation of improvement projects (I);
  5. Standardize and maintain improvements (C)

Project schedule at Do Thanh Aluminum factory

  1. Implementation time is from July 18, 2020 - August 8, 2020 (Saturday 4 working days)
  2. Schedule of project implementation dates for convenient departments to follow and fully participate:
  • Surveying, collecting data on problematic problems. Analyze and make project charter, set improvement goals.
  • Practice measuring and analyzing the cause, building solutions.
  • Guide and distribute with the Company implementing the solution.
  • Through the process of: Defining - measuring - analyzing - improving - controlling will develop detailed plans for implementation of improvement projects, results achieved and improvement reports.

       3. The delegation belongs to the factory

Director of University of Education, Deputy Technical Director, Deputy Head of KCS, Materials, Manager & Deputy Manager of production workshops, mold repair workshops; Workshop management staff 1. In addition to us, there are also representatives of departments, team leaders to join together to learn, comment on building and successfully complete the project.
