Do Thanh Aluminum Joint Stock Company stipulates the Return policy of Grando Aluminum brand name and the conditions for exchanging goods as follows:
Conditions to be returned:
- The customer did not receive the item even though he paid.
- The product is defective or damaged during shipping
- The product has lost its seal, was delivered incorrectly in quantity, information and models compared to the order.
- The product is determined to have technical defects by the technicians of the Company.
- The product is full of accessories, attached documents (purchase vouchers, VAT invoices if any, manuals, warranty cards ...) and accompanying gifts (if any)
The product is not dirty, has no appearance defects, no signs of being used
Conditions of goods failing to meet the requirements of return:
- Customers do themselves to affect the outside of the product such as cracks, breakage, scratches ...
- Product is damaged due to improper operation of the customer
- The product has a defective appearance after the customer has checked and confirmed the goods
- Customers want to change types and models without notice
